Reservation Deposit
All reservations require a credit card deposit in the amount of 30% of the reservation total. Your credit card will be charged the remaining balance upon check-in.
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit.
Parking
We have limited onsite parking at the Villas for $15/night, so please let us know if we should reserve you a spot.
Check-in
Our check-in time is between 3PM and 5PM. If you plan to arrive after 5PM, please contact us for late arrival instructions. Although we’re unable to guarantee early check-ins, we’re happy to check you in early if the unit is available.
Check-out
Any time prior to 11:00 AM. Please use the key drop on the front porch of the Office if leaving before 8 AM.
Parties
Parties are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Please only smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided.
Quiet Hours
Please be quiet between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at Key West Villas. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. Key West Villas does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site.
We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie” is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose too.
Electronic Communication
By Booking, you authorize Key West Villas to send text messages and emails with details regarding your reservation. Message and Data Rates may apply.
Security
At Key West Villas, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Key West Villas may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
